Re-post Thursday features the latest Aziz Ansari/Jason Woliner viral “RAAAAAAAANDY” video for Apatow’s Funny People. This DJ made my day!

Who the fuck is DJ Ol’ Youngin’? My internet searches have come up empty. I have a guess, but am afraid to posit it. An incorrect guess is a positive test result for racism. I’m not falling into that trap. No sir. Fine, I’ll take my stab. Is it OJ? Get it? Take my stab? Because he’s a knife-murderer? Nothing? Y’all are racists.

Aziz is really funny in this, but Ol’ Youngin’ (whoever he may be) and his three rules they live by steal the show. Derrick’s Mystery Team

Have been working hard on other projects, including AF4D, so I’ve had to suffice with a lot of re-posts on this blog. I feel like one of those parents who use the television as a babysitter. Daddy will be back to play with you soon.

That’s how busy I am. I don’t even have time to cue my own mu’fucking music anymore. I just announce it. Pathetic.

Anyhoo…What is not pathetic is the movie Mystery Team, by Derrick Comedy, previously hailed on this site. This movie achieves the rare feat of being funny from start to finish. Think about most of the comedies you’ve seen recently: They start strong but end sappy. This one never stops being hilarious.  Also, it contains more fake mustaches than I’ve ever seen in my life. And I used to dabble. Check out the trailer:

 

Going to see a screening of Apatow’s “Funny People” tonight. If you don’t remember (or just don’t know (ignorant prick)), here is a link to the trailer I posted a couple weeks back.

Funny People Trailer

“Funny People” – the new haha-boohoo-haha comedy by Judd Apatow. I meant to post this last week but was unfortunately detained. Looks to be a very funny and sweet movie. Adam Sandler is cuddly. Great cast.

On a side note, remember when movie trailers were 30 seconds and told you nothing about the movie? Now they’re like pilot episodes. This one is three and a half minutes long and more revealing than the Rihanna photo. Don’t you groan at me!
